New Business Director
Moiré Marketing Partners, a strategic branding and design agency, seeks an experienced business development professional to lead the firm’s marketing and growth initiatives.
Overview:
The ideal candidate will oversee the success and growth of existing accounts and identify new companies and/or organizations that can benefit from our services. This person will be a passionate self-starter, detail-orientated, and flexible. Industry contacts are a major plus.
Responsibilities:
- Identify business development opportunities and manage the process from concept to delivery.
- Plan, supervise and participate in events on behalf of the firm, such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, etc.
- Research and analyze markets and conduct competitive intelligence.
- Meet mutually agreed-upon sales quotas and targets.
Qualifications:
- 10 years business development experience.
- 4 years experience in an agency environment.
- Solid understanding of creative, branding and digital marketing and be able to "speak the language."
- Proven track record of success.
- Takes an ownership approach to projects.
- Articulate, organized, and detailed.
- Self-starter, motivated, ambitious and driven.
- Experience writing proposals and sales materials.
- Experience in Higher Ed, Associations or Professional Services a plus
