Web Application Developer - Drupal/PHP/MySQL
Moiré Marketing Partners has an immediate opening for a Web Developer to work directly with our team of creatives.
The ideal candidate would be a team player with great communication and interpersonal skills as well as an innovative and creative problem-solving wiz. You will work closely with designers, account managers and vendors. You must be a a self-starter and be able to work under tight deadlines and on multiple projects.
- Build small and large web applications and websites using PHP, Drupal, and Wordpress
- Daily maintenance and updates to existing sites
- Customize themes
- Javascript scripting to build interactive interfaces
- XHTML/CSS coding and updating
- 5 years experience developing web applications
- Deep experience with Drupal and other Open Source CMS applications
- Proven, demonstratible knowledge of standards-compliant HTML, XHTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience integrating with PHP/mySQL, Drupal, and Wordpress
- Skilled in Photoshop for editing and preparing files
- Experience with Javascript frameworks such as jQuery
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Working knowledge of MVC frameworks (such as CakePHP or Ruby on Rails) a plus
