Senior Designer
Moiré Marketing Partners has started its search for a Senior Designer to develop online creative that aligns with our clients’ business goals.
The ideal candidate thrives on the challenge of designing targeted creative in web for the professional services industry. You will work closely with other designers, account managers, copywriters, developers and vendors. This position will report directly to the Senior Art Director.
- Brainstorm, concept and collaborate on campaign ideas with creative team
- Establish primary design direction for a variety of materials, including brand campaigns, ads, collateral and websites
- Ensure that the clients brand voice is maintained
- Drive creative solutions with diverse team or art directors, writers, and developers.
- Take personal accountability for on-time deliverables and expertly crafted design
- Lead by example through strong concepting and hands on execution
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- Agency experience a must
- 5-7 years of experience in the graphic design industry
- Relevant education and training
- Must be a strategic thinker
- Outstanding creative ability and strong concept development
- Must have exceptional awareness of design trends and innovation
- Expert proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and other design programs
- Ability to work on multiple projects, working within deadlines and prioritize tasks for each
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Client service oriented and self-motivated
