MorganFranklin’s mission of Core Confidence
Companies spanning multiple divisions and locations need a way to coordinate the efforts of their employees so that they speak with one voice. This was the challenge brought to Moiré by MorganFranklin, a rapidly growing business and technology solutions provider with offices in the United States and Europe.
Moiré helped the management team clarify the firm’s mission, vision and values into a unifying theme: Core Confidence—the persistent application of skill, focus and determination. This theme provided the foundation for an internal branding initiative, articulated in a brochure system as well as cards for employees to remind them of the central tenets and values of the MorganFranklin experience.
